Just wanted to let everyone know that I received my welcome new resident notice from USCIS today. So Wakkas thanks again you were the inspiration to go forth and apply E3 to GC is possible.:D

Thanks that was what I was thinking of doing. But I guess I thought that once you apply for GC with the I-485, 765 etc that you are covered until your green card decision is made??
