Twinkies are a plain sponge bar, sorry no chocolate involved, about 3 inches long by 1 inch square that has butter cream injected into it so that the cream fill the 'pockets' within the sponge. Tina...

Thanks for all the info. We will work our way through it. We know we have to make our own minds up but a one week recy visit does not always give the full picture. We are using London as a bench mark.
