We did our move with an agency and i can say honestly it is a waste of money unless as others have said you case is complicated.

The forms are easy to do and there's lots of people on here that...

Hi MattH, u right its really lovely in Plimmerton. Checked out the house on Sunset Parade VERY nice for a cool million but way out of our price range :(

There seems to be a lot of nice houses in Aotea, where's that? Whats it like?
