search accommodation in CPH through agent. agent fees?
Hello dear forum members,
I have been offered a job in CPH starting beginning of December so now I am looking for a place to live.
If you have bellow infos I would be grateful to you:
1) How it is popular to find accommodation in CPH? Through agent or through private adds? If through private adds, is it contract lease offered?
2) I would like to find accommodation through an agent so I can get guidance and a fair contract lease. I am looking for a flat (29 yo, single, telecom engineer, budget ~ 5000 DKK/month, 2300 CPH S).
Would you know any agents to recommend? Of course, I am doing some searching by myself too but I know some advice from others who experienced this would be more helpful.
3) What are the fees for the agent in CPH? In Germany, Hannover, the agent's fees depended on the duration of the stay. 2 months - 38%, ..., 12 months or more - 120%.
