I wouldn't wear them... only on the basis that women are not as visual as men so it's unlikely it's going to help... I'm sure the lycra cycling crowd would wear them though, or maybe the beefy skinheads down the blue oyster.

Just put a pair of socks down your pants. Although down the front and not the back as that gives completely the wrong impression.
