Very much over-generalising. "95% of people are plastic. No genuine people."

Utter nonsense. I guess with such comments you won't attract decent and genuine people as there are certainly plenty in Dubai, much as anywhere else.

I'm deserting AD soon to move to Dubai, had enough of paying over the odds for shoddy housing.

JBR specifically and if it HAD to be the Marina I would consider the side nearest SZR not the bit further down near JBR.

easier access, JBR is a nightmare a night, traffic all over the place, ridiculous. I am happy where we which is so quiet but sadly our building is now full.
