No problems with my Yahoo Mail...in fact just got a spam from MMI reminding me to take my red card (alcohol license) to the Dubai Sevens rugby.

Technically speaking yes...........BUT it's just an email outlining benefits for those with "red cards" i.e. residents....dedicated token booths and priority booze buying lines.
