Need some help on xmas destinations

UK. USA, France and Switzerland excluded and not a skiing holiday and oh maybe not Germany either

Got to be cold/ish and christmassyyyy

well from experience Oslo and surprisingly Belgium were both damn cold and christmassyyyyyy when I was there.

Innsbruck/Interlaken in Austria or the Italian Lakes or even Norway would be my choices...but most popular destinations were booked up ages ago...even unable to get a normally priced flight to Nairobi before mid-January!
