Would you use AUH's sleep pods?
I can't see myself using a sleep pod in any airport, my OCD prevents me.
Don't know who has used it and what they did in it:unsure: |
Re: Would you use AUH's sleep pods?
No. Doesn't look like there would be anywhere to put your stuff. Only good for single travellers. Unhygienic (but then again so are airline seats and pillows).
and some ****er is bound to come along and knock on the top. And 8 quid for 1 hour?! rip off. |
Re: Would you use AUH's sleep pods?
I heard the drinks at the bar cost more than that though.....

Yeah.

Re: Would you use AUH's sleep pods?
Yes, sure I'd use them. Why not? We can assume they put clean sheets & pillows in them after each use. The cost is not great, in the context of air travel overall. As Beakers said above: each drink at the bar would cost more than the pod.

A couple of hours' sleep for under a hundred dirhams, en route to somewhere else ten hours away, and I needn't shamble around the duty-free shops or book into a hotel.
What's not to like? |
