couple of phrases that i hate are:

"Oh my days!"
"Shit the bed!"

Both used by an air hostess friend of mine that every trip she comes back with more and more crappy phrases... Another one when referring to a well built bloke is "unit" as in... "Shit the bed, he's a bit of a unit..."

My 3 year old has decided he is now American and keeps saying this word, although he pronounces it sort of like "ORsome" and he actually came out with "I sure am tired after playing all that baseball" yesterday!

FFS he's a northern monkey, obviously a trip home is in order!
