Worst thing about the telly at this time of year?

All those programmes - dozens of them - that have some characterless presenter or voiceover saying:

"Now let's look back at the best bits from all of the programmes that we showed you during the last year. In the UK, there was a General Election............"

In a semi-drunken stupor watched the beginning of David Walliams' Awfully Good TV last night (I'm still in UK). Absolute shite, even half-blotto. Ended up watching Nat Geo. Avoid at all costs.
