I missed the 1st game as I was golfing but got the draw and bought American goals over Ghana - So a nice win slightly soiled by the fact I thought it was going to become a kickfest and bet on the bookings which somehow never happened

Understandable. Out of all the British teams who made the finals, the one who made it was just not good enough. No excuses.
I find it ironic that one of the most prolific goal scorers in the EPL knocked England out (I'm sure most of the England team had a good idea how dangerous he is).

It's been awesome. Only a few goals short of the total from 2002's group games. Should get beyond that figure and be the highest scoring ever(?)
