Has to be said Raphael on fire though and defo has the killer instinct more.

Murray used to train with Nadal.... however in the last year Murray has beaten Fed... Nadal is the killer... I think he'll win Wimbledon this year and will dominate tennis for the next few years... The Fed Express is running out of steam I think...

Has to happen ....only one way to go when you been at the top so often.
A gentleman and maestro though is Roger.

So....................what was it then? what was the turning point with Murray?
the demon that switched the psyche to win from the depths?
No irn bru is not the answer I am searching for

totally agree with your statement. Roger is arguably the best tennis player ever, though on the decline. Nadal has raw power and desire - look at his eyes when he plays... Murray has pride, but that is not enough to be world champion - it needs to be tempered with knowledge and skills as well as mental preperation... Nadal and Federer are heads and shoulders above all others for now.... until mentally the younger guns reach racquet nirvana and then....

Yes...you know what they say about pride and a fall?
Murray is big on technical know how- for such a young un but I agree unless it is balanced with a mature mindset it is only half the toolkit of a great champion. He still has a lot of the red mist about him and I sincerely hope he doesn't physically burn out before he achieves his potential. He's got a few falls to take yet but his pride will get him through and hopefully onwards to great things.
Nadal is like a panther stalking its prey when playing.
