I have 20Mb connection and v p n and it works perfectly on BBC . ITV always has less bandwith than the BBC but it is usually fine for me

Ive subscribed so I can watch in 4k though I'm usually pissed by the 9pm game so it looks like its streamed on 256k dial up.
