The world is full of mysteries.

My theory is that they have an urge to practice some masonry work; like how soo many of us love to do DIY , Railway Modelling, Doll House making etc..

Maybee they heard that Cars up on blocks is not an uncommon sight in some American backyards/front yards


got to say they do show some skill in choosing a particular brick/stone/block to fill a particular niche. Me thinks these chaps would enjoy dry laying of fieldstones to make walls, houses etc...It's an art form to an extent.

The only thing surprising about that story is that there is such a thing as a tourist area. It looks more like a refugee camp though...
