I fronted it up on the 28th.
Asked her flat out - "you've not got any ideas of proposing to me tomorrow have you?".
She laughed. Then said "no, don't be stuipid".
Safe for now. 6 years in May.

Too many people out here are married after knowing each other 12 months.
We're young still too, she's 30 in October and I'm 28 this month so there's no rush.

My hubby always said he didn't want to get married until he was at least 35. I'm 18 months older than him at 30. So similar situation. It's not all bad but u r right why rush and change things that aren't broken.

I got married 8 months after meeting the Mrs. No sprog to spoil things. Coming up to 8 years in august. 8 years after getting married on 08/08/08.

people booked weddings on 08/08/08 years in advance. especially in Asia.
We got married in Sri Lanka and that was just the date we were given.
at least it makes it easy to remember our anniversary!

I proposed to number 2 6 weeks after we first met (both previously married and vowed never ever to be so stupid again). Still together 14 years later and intent on staying that way.
