As you may know or tell. I am really (addictive) into fitness. I just want to find out who does what, where, when, how often
What's your routine?
Really interested to know who shares common interests.
I seriously believe that in 2010 there will not be one poster on here that does absolutely no exercise.

I do 2 hours a week on my special machines, I don't do cardio..it makes me out of breath!

40 front crawl lengths of the British Club pool at 6.30 am three or four days a week when in Abu Dhabi and some cycling and treadmill to get a goiod sweat on. Damage limitation due to food and booze habit but do certainly feel good after.

Commander neither of those two Dubai Road Runners. Good group on Saturday night at Safa, they welcome all kinds of runners the other three groups are a bit more serious as a rule. All are welcoming and I have run several times on Friday with the Creek.
Was very happy bunny this morning 1.18.36 for the 10 miles and a 10k split of 50.25.
Negative splits are the way forward. Anyone doing the Yas Island Tri I could be tempted.

Nce one, agree, negative splits, the only split I'm having today is my head. Was at the USMC ball at emirates palace last night.
If you google abu dhabi triathlon club there is a forum, if you post there I'm sure you will get a team together.
Don't you fancy the whole swim/bike/run?

Anyone doing the Hatta Cross Country in the morning? For a flat country i am finding a lot of hills. Quick 8.4k then brunch and a long swim.
