I quite fancy Thailand but it isn't that easy for British Nationals to live there long term is it? or did I make that up? I am quite fancying Northumberland as well

Morocco has a Sat/Sun weekend, and you can even buy booze then at the supermarkets.

Yeah, Azerbaijan was the same with the sat/sun weekend, and although nominally Shi'ite, you could buy booze everywhere, even at streetside kiosks, which would sell 330ml. cans of Vodka.
