most decent places will be booked by now...sure rivington grill would do a fab roast dinner so worth trying them...raffles also do a really good roast brunch, not sure what they are doing for christmas though...

aye just booked us into Desert Palm, 400 for big christmas dinner and a glass of wine and bubbly, then use the pool for the day before heading off to a mates who is cooking a turkey, big pork joint and a ham.

Oh yes, I can't wait.

How on earth can you get through two full Xmas dinners in one afternoon? We are going to take a cooked chicken with trimmings to the beach and maybe go to the Irish Village afterwards. Eating Xmas lunch at the seaside is perfick, especially at Al Mumzar where there is more privacy and scenery than at boringly straight Jumeirah Beach.

I am planning on eatung Turkey for a whole week. Turkey sarnies, casserole, curry - I'll scran the lot.
