You aren't seriously contemplating having Christmas dinner in a food court?

If money is an issue why not cook it yourself? You can get a frozen turkey crown for around Dhs 40.

You can get them in the major supermarkets, at any time. I had one a couple of months back and it wasn't at all bad.

Where did I say that? Somebody mentioned India Court at IBM and I simply said that their DFC outlet was probably nicer.

With 3 generations of my family at my mums house, which is my childhood home. I will tuck my daughter up in her bed, which was my bedroom for all my childhood.... Priceless.

Cherish these moments folks, they won't last forever.

Keep your champagne brunch. I've had 6 years of christmas is Dubai and never went out. ALWAYS a time for home and family. Usually ours or our inlaws. NEVER a restaurant.

Each to their own, enjoy!

But you have clearly not been thinking about the poor soul who has to do all the food preparation, cooking and washing-up. I would love to eat at home, but I want Shadya to enjoy herself too.
