My friend who has now moved to UAE kept failing his driving tests in England so he finally decided to try the easier route and 'bought' the license through someone who had big contacts in DVLA. He helped him and my friend has now been safely driving on the roads of UAE for the past 3 years

. I am sure he must have cut the OP off once or twice. Dont ask me how much he had to pay for the license though (cuz according to him everything is possible everywhere its just the cost thats different lol)
