It was removed because Ezzie posted it to 8 different BE fora.

I thought Ezzie was seriously wanting information ASAP and that is why he/she posted widely. I don't see what is wrong with that. I am sure, for example, BE expats in Australia are not reading Middle East threads and vice versa.

University education and fees question was relevant to all BE expats wherever they are. I posted some good and highly relevant links, but am not going to do a repeat search for them again.
