Where can I find goose fat?
I searched high and low over the weekend in preparation for making the perfect roasties for Christmas. Does any one know where I can buy goose fat in Dubai?

Carrefour definitely stock it, but I am sure other supermarkets have it too.

for the first time not long ago i tried the Nigella way of using semolina on the roast potatos.....they were amazing!God that woman is great!

I've noticed that some supermarkets have some of their butter/fat products stocked in freezer units... don't know why, cos I didn't think you could freeze fat properly, but hey.
