It's like the people who describe themselves as 'a bit mad' are generally the people that are in fact pretty dull but think they're more interesting than they are...

Bubbly = never bloody shuts up and a royal PITA when had a drink or two.

I know sdomeone who is bubbly, she came out from the uk to visit me...PITA even without a drink or two. Stayed for 9 days!!!

I have also been described as bubbly. I nearly punched them in their stupid moonface. :eek:
