Thanks Pats. My company calls the dates a year ahead and so I'm off 7/8th but it doesn't always tie into the actual date.

I wasnt here, so don't know when Ramadan started (10th?) which would put Eid on 9th?

it will be called in the evening of the 8th and the 1st day of Eid will be Friday.. there is no dry night at the end of Ramadan.... so bars will operate as normal... so dance away darling

If last month (Shaban) had 29 days, Ramadan will have 30 - and vice versa. I think.......... er............

umm, I dont think so, atleast not that I know of.
Some follow the strict rule of the 30 day month and some base it on their sightings of the moon. So it could be 29, then 29, then 30 etc, but cannot be 31.

It was excellent when we went a couple of months ago. Mostly fish and seafood and food just arrived on the table, so no interuptions to conversation. You can choose different packages and the one with fizz included cocktails. Note it'll be busy in August due to a voucher offer, so might be best to wait until September.
