Last try:
Vit A for healty skin, eyes, immune system and cell development.
Beta-carotene as an anti-oxidant, healing of mucous membranes, cardiovascular health, immune system and healthy skin.
Vit B1 for energy release from carbs to brain and nervous system.
Vit B2 for energy release from all food sources, growth of body tissue, healthy skin, vision and nerve function.
Vit B6 for blood, nervous system, cell repair, hormones and anti-anxiety.
Vit C for ... well, you get the idea.
No bad fat, dairy, man-made carbs or other crap. And only turns your poo mildly green.
100 x healthier than a full English, and 1/100 of the satisfaction factor

Has to be the medium in the blue wrapper, orange wrapper if blue not available! Only problem with Warburtons is it doesnt fit all the way into the toaster!

Always get the orange wrapper one as it's the thickest - agree about the toaster though.....just do it once and then turn it round for half a cycle on the toaster and it usually works!

A full Irish breakfast for me with a few slices of white pudding to accompany the black. As for poached eggs, we bought a poacher at Dubai Outlet Mall a few years back, a great investment.
