What's is you internet speed?
I tested my tinternet speed yesterday using www.speedtest.net and found that my 4MB service is actually only 3498Kbps (3.5MB) so in fact Etisalat are clearly ripping me and God knows how many other customers off.
They couldn't tell me why it wasn't the right speed either, surprise, surprise.
So what's your speed and what should it be?

I'm using Mobily Connect which is supposed to be faster than Saudi Telecom.
It's still shite though.

But proper IPS providers usually give extra speed to meet its requirments. I've got 512Kb/s and when I tested it. It averages around 612Kb/s

I had 64 a few years ago and a I can hardly notice the difference with 512
