Yes, A lime coloured paste.

What about the salt content?

The sodium in 70% of my daily allowance

I shall try another brand tomorrow.............Probably the cheap shredded wheat sized ones will be better?

Not that I'm one to talk, but anything packet is generally salt-heavy.

My heart struggles enough as it is without going sodium mental on it.

But it's not packet food, so that means it's alright and I won't hear differently.

Also, I had half a fruit salad today. That's a weeks worth of 5-a-day sorted.

Most instant/pot noodles are fry-dried - immersed in boiling vats of cheap oil which the starchy noodles absorb with gusto when their water content evaporates off....

A little bit of reading for you darling :D
It is recommended that adults consume less than 2,300 mg of sodium per day. This is equivalent to about 6 g or 1 teaspoon of salt.

But the Govt knows that 5-a-day is nonsense. They were going to go with 9, but considered that that would mean most people wouldn't take it seriously. That in spite of the fact that actually the recommendation is 11-15. On top of that, it should be primarily veg, not fructose-laden fruit. Or noodles...
