1st time I have left the house for a week. Late lunch at Noodle House. The duck and watermelon salad is delicious.

I had ham, cold turkey, mashed potatoes, cabbage, pickled walnuts, cranberry sauce, branston and a small pork pie!! Definitely a carb overload!! :D

Just had porridge for brekkie, black coffee and some water.
Salad and a roll, yoghurt, probably some crisps for lunch. Chicken and veg for dinner. Apparently I'm now on a diet. |
