same as always, 2 rolls filled with assorted cold meats. No butter or mayo or anything. Half a cucumber chopped into wedges, a chopped carrot and about 10 cherry tomatoes. (the last 3 items are for grazing on during the morning) If i am feeling really mental, ill have a handful of roasted almonds also..

All washed down with an ice cold water.

Darling, you really need to be more careful, I know you are young, but a diet like this will see you having all sorts of health problems as you grow older. xx

What about that protein bread please (at the risk of sounding pathetic). What is it and where do you get it? Please tell me it doesn't say oven-baked on the packet...

I will thanks. I hesitate to ask, but what is the source and quantity of the protein content?

I make my own bread - its actually simple

5/6 large eggs
1 cup of whey (unflavoured)
2 cups of macadamia & raw almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut flour
Pinch of Salt

Blend the nuts into a butter paste in the food processor with one of the eggs. Then add the whey and the other ingredients. Place the dough in a standard bread pan greased with butter, ghee or coconut oil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

The loaf comes to approx 2000 calories - with approx 75g of protein.

You must be missing something from that 'bread' recipe. It's so liquid it'd never make a dough.

You can make it yourself very easily with a food processor. Otherwise the organic supermarket sells that kind of thing.
