Def Magners or Bulmers and loads of ice for me but also Vodka with ginger beer/ale, dash of cranberry and dash of orange on crushed ice. Lovely

Created a splendid specimen this morning..... But any tips for re-heating hollandaise sauce without it curdling???

you could try it in a bain marie over a saucepan...heat very very gently and whisk the whole time...

LOL. I tried it twice - once stirring clockwise, the other time anti... Both worked {anal, i know, but i'm an engineer. we're like that...}
