Sounds like you have it sussed. The weight should drop off! Stick to most veg that grow above the ground. Limit root vegetables.

Chocolate is okay in moderation providing it is 70% cocoa.

Fry bacon in butter...hmmmm.

Ideally a nice 70% fat breakfast is on the menu

Raw carrots are good though? I hope so as I eat more of them than Bugs Bunny.

ST: lose the weight I put on having spent 2 months boozing in the UK.

MT: Buy more land in Thailand so that if I die suddenly my wife and kids will be able to live .
Extend our house in Thailand so that one bedroom gets knocked into the living room and we build 3 more bedrooms round the side . Want to make a big gazebo type thing next year as well for some added outdoor shade . Already planning what creepers to get.

LT: make enough cash so that I can retire to grow vegetables and fruit on said land .
