Not sure MM, but I think, provided you meet all the dress codes, anyone can go into a mosque, else they'd need doormen to keep all the infidels out. They do tours in Jumeirah and in the big one in AbDab.

Nope, you can't, you would probably be able to enter if it's really quiet, but you'd be shown out just as quick as you came in. Unless you have a reason for being there, converting or whatever.

In Aberdeen a few years ago we were allowed to take a P6 class for an informational visit. It had to be at a certain time though and we had a guide tell us all about the different bits.
