What you doing this weekend?
 
I'm going to the Dubai Bike Week, not that it will come as much of a surprise to most on here. 3 days of hard riding, rock n roll and 24 hour partying.

So don't expect to see me on here much over the coming days. yeah, yeah, I know; that's a fewking relief!

Wooohooo; keep it shiny side up and ride it like you stole it!!!!:thumbsup:

At some point? It starts at 2.00pm tomorrow and, if I'm lucky, I'll be home Sunday "at some point"!

We always get passed by a group of 'hells angel' types out on the sweihan road outside AD on a friday morning. They all give a friendly wave.. respect amongst bikers lol

Deep Purple are the headliners, but we've also got some local groups playing throughout the event; Abri, Juliana Down, Paul Akiki, Lumi, The Meerkats, DJ GQ

Might even be compos mentis enough to see some of em.

Going to Kuala Lumpur from to play in a 8-aside Hockey tournament then back to drop Mrs Insey off at the Airport. She's buggering off home for 2 weeks!

We may be going to some rock festival at Le Meridien Village over the weekend (as frankly AED295 is too much for Deep Purple at the Bike Fest, especially having seen them five times during the 1970's). This morning we attended a show/concert at Jasmine's school performed by the kiddies. Over 250 parents attended. Very nice atmosphere, the kiddies all wearing traditional Arabic costumes.

we have got ours on Tuesday night, Mitten is a lion and shall be singing The Lions Sleeps tonight :)
