Re: What are you doing for EID
and I will definitely be running away, from all the visitors who flock to my house to meet me. People I dont really know nor really care about and who usually dont even call or text me the whole year except when they want to buy something from me and then complain about it later. So they want to show up and bother me and make me get out of my PJs so yes I think it is a good idea that I will run away to RAK and find a beach and dehydrate myself like a champion that I am.
Is there something called an Eid Grinch? |
Re: What are you doing for EID
Giving the mrs a thorough seeing to before she buggers off for a month.

Re: What are you doing for EID
First, being envious of all you people for whom Eid will have started; we in Oman have another 24 hours to wait
Second, having a bacon and sausage sarnie for breakfast on Wednesday morning Third, going out to lunch on Friday where we've been promised roast leg of pork with all the trimmings Fourth, congratulating ourselves that our pre-Ramadan planning worked and that we didn't run out of anything despite having a pretty hectic, social Ramadan. Happy days, everyone ðŸ‘😎 |

When do we find out about the moons

this is what happened a few days ago in Pakistan with this 'supposedly respectable' member of the moon sighting committee with Pakistan's version of kardashian she is a bimbo of the highest level and a media attention ho but I am SO glad that she took those pics and then leaked them. He is a giant sleaze ball hiding behind the facade of piety and his beard and I HATE hypocrites like that!! http://www.dawn.com/news/1266508 |
Re: What are you doing for EID
Most important question - when is the dry night? Tuesday or Wednesday?
|
Re: What are you doing for EID
would prefer that it starts on 7th! not much chance of that though

With the changes in the law this year, will everywhere have to enforce this? |
Re: What are you doing for EID
Is there a dry night at the end of Ramadan? I don't remember there being such a thing 🤔

I wouldn’t bank on that if I was you, because the one up there is too particular about everything (judging by the laws of physics he created, where not a single atom goes missing with being accounted for) . But if I was you, I’d rather entertain the idea that sometime in my lifetime I hope to stumble across the holy grail (the enlightenment of the mind and heart) and then catch up with the bad debts (so to speak). It is risky, though , because you are in a race against time with death, and quite so often the latter is cleverer!!
Oh please! Who the f*** gave you the right to judge anyone? Have you already got a passport to the promised land? It is knowitalls like you who make my blood boil and here is another one of your kind who thinks he has the answer to it all. Repeat after me : I AM ONLY ANSWERABLE FOR MY OWN SINS!! THIS is why there is division in Islam right now. Because of basturds like this who are allowed a voice : https://www.facebook.com/SufiMusicOfficial/videos/1032898220114083/ |
Re: What are you doing for EID
I am of the school of thought that if you find someone of radical thought or you are aware of someone who might harbor radical views (as the case here), you vehemently and loudly call it out to stem it in the bud if you can or if not then at least make everyone else around you aware of the idiot's radical views. New age thinking this.

Hoo-Haa, I an’t conventional, I am a funky muslim…Hoo-Haa.. You can do it on a rap rhythm of choice if you wish. Now, once you do that over a period of one month then your vision of who you are will become clearer. May I also suggest that when you do this exercise you do it away from the attention of the wife, as she may end up filing for a divorce by the end of that month. |

Re: What are you doing for EID
Still waiting for your answer to my question cupcake. So who gave you the right to judge anyone? As always you will evade the question and try for a humourless pretentious jab.
And again as always I pity the ones around you who have to put up with the likes of you. *sweet smile* |
