How else would they pay their fines mental one? There has to be a system in place that someone that has 0 savings and 0 income (As they are incarcerated) can pay their fine. Otherwise they would be there forever!

I'm cheap- I'd do pretty much anything for a million quid- the dog thing is sick though Scamp- I would let it dry hump my leg though

oo a million quid, see I'm of the school of thought that that would change my life. Yeah ok you wouldn't be able to buy a luxury boat or your own personal plane but it would certainly change my life.
