What is September going to bring?

A positive for me is that as the clients are so tight, if they take an international contractor they won't normally shell out for an international PMC, so there is an exponential decrease in contractual letter writing

Yeah I see a few PMC types knocking about, it's a bloody hard sell though here to the local clients.

Also, the quality of letter can decrease to simply raising two fingers in a meeting.

I see Round Table Pizza has closed down all it's branches.
Pity, they've been here since the 90s and were always decent.

Shame, they were a long standing feature here and actually ok usually.
Lots of companies are going the way of the Dodo - few seem willing to change how they do things until it's too late. The focus is employ cheap, fight tooth and claw for discounts then don't pay vendors.

Standards and expectations have gone up a lot. The influx of higher end American / western fast food have changed the dining scene expectations tremendously. Restos that don't adjust will fail.
