What do your teenagers enjoy doing in Dubai?

My three are coming out next week (they're actually late teens / early 20's), but still pretty much in kid mode. Got jet-skiing and kayaking booked (although both in AD), they'll have a day at Wild Wadi, karting for the boys--any other suggestions?
