Anything with gluten - bread, pasta etc Just discovered I've got an intolerance (thank God not full allergy, coeliacs disease) so no more bacon butties, pizzas etc. Combine that with other half's low cholesterol diet and life's a bit of a challenge. But ...
... this can be managed. Judicious applications of red grape juice seems to help
Also regular exercise, ie a 40 minute walk or swim followed by one of the aforesaid applications of red grape juice and a ciggie.

ah... and those strange Philipino "jelly" things with the chunks of nata de coco in them... the squeaky cheweyness of the chunks and the no-wobble jelly. So strange, but so moreish!
