Went Shooting
 
Took my visitors to the Spring Festival at Global Village the other evening. Free parking and free entry, which was a good start. They have an area designated for rifle shooting and archery, which is pretty good fun. Dhs20 for ten shots or thereabouts. Not exactly cheap but an interesting experience. The roller coaster and big wheel at the funfair are good too. Just thought I would share this with those of you with kids to entertain.:)

I agree, LH if you are really that lowly paid I think you should start looking for something more suitable. You seem to have alot of experience in your field of work. 20 dhs is hardly bank breaking money is it :confused:

22mm pellets I think...what he once used at the Air Training Corps as a youngster apparently...as for the price, LH objects to paying 6 quid for a pint of Guinness, but he still pays nevertheless. He has my extended family and his own dependents back in Kenya to support so I don't begrudge his thriftyness...is that the right word? Excuse my poor English but its my third language.
