I can just imagine......... a spokesman at a White House press conference:

"The President would like to congratulate Prime Minister Balls on his election victory. We would like to add that we were all highly impressed with his campaign slogans 'Balls To The People' and 'You Need Balls To Run Britain'.":thumbsup::thumbsup:
