i disagree, not with the goodness of it, but if she is not really sweating it out (ie working outside) and dehydraiting and Grace is a wee petite filly then i think she will have to go pee quite a lot.

its a small price to pay for the benefits. I dont understand people who dont take onboard tonnes of water..

I drink maybe 5 liters a year...don't like it at all

ask patsy...when you first go to her, she advises you drink 3l a day as standard...you do go to the loo a lot to start, but it does normalise...

I wouldn't over do it. Can be unhealthy and, under exceptional circumstances, even cause death (see URL below) !

Drinking too much increases your total blood volume and puts extra effort on your heart, as well as causing problems with your kidneys (glomeruli)

oh me too, don't know what it is about water, I can drink cans of pepsi no problem but water just won't go down at all...I am not even going to try, it's not for me...

We are flying to Manchester on Weds night...cannot wait. They're forecasting max 19degC and 60% probability of rain showers for the rest of the week. Lubbly jubbly.
