Does lying back and thinking of England, and wondering when its going to finish, count as waiting to go to sleep?

Eyes closed, although being 7 months pregnant and having a 16 month old daughter who thinks sleeping is for losers means I often miss out the 'waiting for sleep' bit. Usually asleep the second I lie down!

on topic,
I am envious of people who can sleep on command, I have to wait till my eyes are drooping before I can hope to have 4-5 hours of good sleep, so yeah eyes open till they can no longer be kept open :D

My mrs sleeps as soon as the head touches the pillow.

I'm not so great, I'm a nightmare for lying in bed and reading the news, sport, twatter, facebook etc on my phone for an hour or so.
