VPN extremely slow?

Hi,

Anyone notice that VPN is horribly slow?

I have 4mb etisalat and it's confirmed with speednet as 4mb. Connect with my normally good VPN and it's 0.15mb,

Tried various locations.

What's the deal?

Anyone know if there is something going on? Throttling?

somethings going on thats for sure.

had elife connected the other day and now get 16mb to doha but only 4mb to the uk even less to the us.
also my landline now sounds ****ing awful.
