Has anyone here done this before. If you did, I need some advice.

Thanks,

I would like to go abroad for two weeks a month two month depending on how good it is. To volunteer for a good cause, don't care what it is. I'm not intrested in a program where you have to pay tons of cash for a fake experience.

lot of religious programs that do that kind of stuff....also house building programs in countries who have had disasters....they'd sort out the visas, but I wouldn't of thought it be worth the effort for a couple weeks at a time, a couple months at a go probably would be though.

I don't want to quit my job, and I've almost finished off my annual leaves. So I could only do a month max.

If I were a generous spirit, I 'd try this Foundation. If you ain't musical, you could always help build a school. Not too far from AD either.

If you're serious, I know of an orphanage in Nepal that always welcomes volunteers. It's a self-sustaining place, you'd be expected to help with the farming as well as teaching the kids....

Send me a PM if interested....
