The Virgin Mary

Has anybody seen who has just reportedly turned down the role of playing Mary in a movie about the life of Jesus because her family objected?

I was actually expecting Kiera Kightley or Kate Blanchett but you were right first time...go to the top of the class...as if Britney Spears can act!
