I am with Meow on the social media thing, why the hell bother to have an account if you ignore the customer. Had an issue with Lenovo this week but they chose to ignore me completely, bad customer service at any level.

I once got hold of a crazy one a long long time ago
she used to try and 'send' me Reiki energy over distances well over 500 kms
then she would call me and ask, did you feel that? My response was always 'sure, thanks, was wonderful'.....
