Eh? You buy it frozen and then defrost to eat. You could refreeze it once cooked but it would need to be in a sauce of some sort (ie a curry) for it to be palatable.

Sorry, I assumed the ones that you buy fresh which have been frozen and aren't for re-freezing (it's normally what I want to do)

Yeah, I am aware of that (I have a science degree). By the way, in case you are interested, the active ingredient in all artificial tanning compounds in Dihydroxyacetone (DHA): sugar beet. Which can be organic. Or not.
