I just got sick of Ethos calling me fat. I want to eat more veggies.

Well, that and my blood pressure reading isn't exactly ideal and I put on a bit of holiday podge.

Eh? You buy it frozen and then defrost to eat. You could refreeze it once cooked but it would need to be in a sauce of some sort (ie a curry) for it to be palatable.
