It has been moved to 17th. It's been done for my birthday which is nice of the authorities.

Also I can't stand this attitude of many expats who think it's their god given right to drink. Booze is the cause of many hassles if you ask me, so many people abuse it and then wonder why they get into trouble.

I also think it's tragic that so many people seem to rely on alcohol to have a good time, how sad must their lives be for that to have to happen?
